an Agreed trade was denied "due to salary cap" But, the manager I am trading with is $20M under the cap and i'm about $4M over but trading players and the cuts i have pending will bring me under the cap ? What gives ..makes ZERO sense!

I've run into this before. You can't trade if you're over the cap, even if the trade would reduce your cap figure.
