Anyone an idea when a new custom league will start, I'd like to begin a team from scratch...

Or a new Standard league is also nice :-)

The system generates the new leagues as the existing leagues fill up - while it's nice to get new leagues it's no good if that means the existing leagues become abandoned! So recruit players and get those leagues full to trigger the creation of more!
