i need some help. i want to run a system based on short pass, play action, and running the football, but i need help with weights and gameplanning. any help is welcome, like certain plays and stuff. i have a west coast coach

Don't use any 4 or 5 WR sets, those don't usually work well anymore.

I don't believe what I am seeing!!! (Face Palm) He just outright asked for us to design his offense for him!!!

Why don't all of us winning GM's just post our playbooks so everyone else is on a level playing field with us (minus the overides and play calling matrix, of course)!!

Advice on plays?!

If you wanna run short pass plays go through the short pass playbook. Play-Action is a little harder. You have to look for "Play-Action" or "PA" in the play name. Run plays are self explanatory.

Outside of that - Experiment with plays for 3-5 weeks & see what's working & what isn't. Then remove what isn't & replace them with unused plays & repeat process.
