You may have seen the shocking headlines that the NFL voted to change the PAT rule today - the new rule will move the extra point kick back to the 15 yard line, but if the team decides to go for two they will go from the 2 yard line still. In addition, the ball will remain live, and if the defense scores they will get 2 points.
The rule is being created as a one-year trial - although it is probably pretty likely that it will stick. But, since it is considered a trial at this point, I am not going to change the MFN game engine accordingly until it becomes clear that they are going to keep it beyond 2015.
So, if you are opposed to the rule, you can enjoy at least another year of the old way here - but if you love the rule, you can look forward to the rules here changing as well.
