It doesn't sound like a bad idea to have one if your trying to develop players

Not gonna happen. Its been well documented as such. Impression I got from jdb is that with the next release, players opinions of you will be significantly cut back making them resignable within a few sims.

I am open for correction ..

Additional; I recall having read something along the lines of, that a worse player who are further down the depth chart won't get as mad.

I think it's already a thing to some extent, but could also be improved upon.
