Maybe I have missed something, its easy with my age! I'm getting upset with not only my teams, but teams I play, in all leagues, with the fumbles from players with 100 avoid fumble! Is this something not to not to look for in a player anymore?

It's important, Slick, because the further you shove away from the 100 avoid fumble marker, the more you increase your player's/team's fumbling chances on a drive. 100 avoid fumble may fumble more, however, you can be certain if you role the dice on players with poor avoid fumble you'll lose the ball...A LOT. :(
Maybe it's time for a rating adjustment. What if the AF rating went from 0 (or -20) to 80 and was just adjusted by +20 whenever a fumble roll was made?
The rolls would be calculated the same, but people wouldn't get so frustrated with their 80 AF guys.
I haven't looked at AF for a long time. All AF does is lower the chance of a player fumbling on a play. It's not an attribute that determines a player's actual skill in holding onto the ball. That means if you run a volume offense, you'll end up with more fumbles regardless of how good your players are at holding onto the ball. This is compounded, it seems, by a player's fatigue.

Nothing better than fumbling in the championship game as you’re running out the clock! The situational awareness is non existent in this game. It’s increasingly frustrating watching 2 minute drill result in short passes.

I think the Coach has a lot to do with how the two minute drill is run. I have the same settings across all my teams for 2MD and some teams run it efficiently (well coached - good use of timeouts, plays to get OB etc) and some don't (burn timeouts regardless of field position gained, run short yardage plays when you need a Hail Mary etc)
I would suggest a change at Head Coach? but I could be wrong.

Don't know if you have noticed but situational awareness is fairly rare in the NFL these days...

Way too many d*** RBs fumbling the ball away... Anytime they run for over 7 yards in the open field, 9 times out of 10 they fumble.. Not realistic at all. I can understand when they have 0-10 for avoid fumble but when it’s 90-100, they should never fumble. Please fix this!

Not at all.
Feel free to check my games. Several 10+ yard runs with no fumble in sight. In 2nd game of this season, one of my RB's fumbled twice as punt returner though.
It happens.
