When scouting my opponents defensive plays there are 2 plays that my offense has -19% and -22% familiarity with and the red bar at the bottom does not show up (indicating no knowledge).

Is this a display issue and my team is over 100% for these plays (I see them almost every week and scout them regularly) or am I not gaining knowledge of these plays for some reason?
