3 seconds left... run a play?

Not sure if this is a feature request or a bug report, but on this play https://ags.myfootballnow.com/watch/2213#388058
There's 3 seconds left in the half, why isn't my team kicking a field goal? We have a time out, but it's reasonable to expect no play could be run in 3 seconds and then also have time to call the time out to stop the clock. Is this behavior at 3 or 4 or 7 seconds not in the game? |
