Now that injuries are back big-time, we should be able to put players on a PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list for a limited period of time. Currently we can put players on injured reserve for the rest of the season, but for injuries that are less than catastrophic, we have no recourse.
1. Totally agree - it would be nice to have an option between IR & active roster to deal with injuries.
2. It does seem like injuries are occurring with more frequency lately - has there been a change to the game?

Ok, the rate at which injuries are happening is totally ridiculous.
Just had a team that played their first preseason game. 10 injuries, 5 to OLinemen.
10 injuries in a PRESEASON game. Absolute ****. I wish this was an outlier, but with other teams I am seeing huge upward trends with the rate of injuries. Yes, injuries are a fun wildcard in this game - but there comes a point where its too much.
Not interested in playing My Training Room Now simulator.
I haven't noticed any drastic changes (or any change at all). I do rotate my O and D line players more than most to try to keep them fresh.
Worth bearing in mind that 'probable' should read 'playable' in most situations.
Occasionally you'll get a team that gets battered with the injury stick all season, get to the playoffs (by hook or by crook) be fully healthy for the first time all season - and lose.
