So we're looking for a couple of English teams for Blighty, one for the Down under (although I could move Cook Island Captains from Island Outposts). Then finally we need either a European team or an Asian team as we have a spot in Further East but could put Tunguska there and move a team from Europe to Eastern Bloc.
