AI ruined teams

since the AI seems to ruin teams so easily, what if a new owner gets the cap to reset to 75% of the league cap the first season they take over the team. just reset it to where the players each get an equal share of the cap, then over the next couple seasons it catches up to the rest of the league in the amount of the cap, and allows the owner to slowly build the team back up to par instead of trying to run a team with -40 mill cap and only 20 players

Fix or delete the renegotiation wizard and fix the AI logic for contracts.

just tossing the renegotiation wizard would make my day.
I know my first team was ruined by my lack of knowledge and the trust of that option.
Felt like a jackass to leave a team in that cap spot, but i went through a few years of possible personnel changes and cap possibilities and was like, NOPE.
No frucking way.
Every league admin cringes and prays a bit to the pigskin whenever an absolute noob starts that that noob will NOT touch that button.
Shiny and red as it is, Stimpy.
I've got it prioritized in my league help and include not to use it in welcome messages to new GMs....
Cap math is simple addition and subtraction and we can take notes in game...

Every new player we get receives a welcome message with DO NOT TOUCH THE CONTRACT WIZARD displayed as the first thing they see, before more advice about seeking help before they go anywhere near contracts. After you see half a dozen teams suffer a cascade bankruptcy it stops being amusing.
