All defensive lineman must weigh 265 lbs or more, and any LB used as DE depth can not have speed 80 or more if they're underweight

Jacksonville is taken but Arizona is still available and our draft starts tomorrow. The team has all 7 draft picks, 53 players on the roster and $35 million in cap room. If you apply for the team after 5:30, I may not be able to approve ownership until the morning, as I work 6p-4a tonight.
