If a trait is red then it will stay that number Or higher after TC if it is If it is light blue it could increase or decrease depending on TC cirrect? For example https://ncaaf.myfootballnow.com/player/4714

This player’s projected run blocking could go up or down but his pass blocking is set at 100.

Correct, his pass blocking is maxed. Finding maxed attributes like this is a key to gambling effectively.
