You may already be trying to do this, but it doesn't work for either players or coaches. In one league, I would have used this to determine which coaches to keep. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of coaches I don't want. Some other players use this chart to identify which free agents to sign or to avoid. I know a lot of people care about the progress chart, and it would be a shame if it went away.
