Gameplan glitch?

Has anyone experienced a situation where your playbook gets filled with plays you didn't select? I think I went into my previous games with 15-20 plays chosen for offense and defense. But now I come to my most recent game and it appears I have 40 plays selected on offense and 30 on defense. I'm pretty sure my FG kick distance got changed from 54 to 59 too. It almost seems like my gameplan got reset to default. Or I got hacked but why would anyone want to hack me and reset my plays lol

I feel like this isn't the first time this has happened either. A few years back, I had my plays changed up for one game but it hasn't happened since. I definitely did not select load recommended gameplan, and it doesn't even have the playbook in the off chance I mistakenly clicked on it.

check your GP OFF/DEF sliders.

Your gameplan will get reset if you have either too little or too many plays there. If you scouted too many games I think it does the same. Same if your players/roster count is below 45 or above 47.

Is there a play limit for when it gets reset? Like under 10 plays or over max play count leads to reset?

Not having at least one offensive play , one defensive play, and a total of 30 plays will get your plan reset.
