for what ever reason i am not able to send @Beers any tradeoffers. i was able to do so in the past. i noticed it a couple of days ago. i have no issues with other managers. i talked to Beers and it's the same issue for both of us.

Do you guys know each other irl? If so, just make sure you guys aren't on the same computer/phone. If you guys don't know each other, then idk why this is happening.

no to my knowledge we don't know each other.
it doesn't matter if i use my computer, or my smartphone.
i even tried my smartphone with out wlan.

I think it’s on rare occasion this does happen. Or I have heard of this before. I will try to find some official documentation somewhere

Someone else in one of my leagues has/had the same issue. Strange thing is, that for them it was onsided, which makes even less sense.
For them it's a reaccuring thing.

Just tried it again and now i can send Beers Offers again. Nothing changed from my pov other then that it's a couple of days later.
