Anyhow, I am not sure if this is related to the other recent quirks but I tried to do a recolor and upload a new team image in a custom league which I am. I was able to do the name change though.
We are in the process of drafting so we are in the off season.
I) I know that I resized the team logo to those on the prompt but I am always unsure of anything "IT" working until I see it in place. II) The recolor option box pops out and just buffers.
