I would like to see my team still have that killer instinct in the 2 minute drill in first half instead of playing it safe and running 3 straight plays if I have all my TO's and plenty of time on the clock when I am leading. You just never know how the second half is going to go. Many times you see 3 run plays and out and the other team gets the ball back and gets a FG or another TD because they are playing to score and your not

Can you accomplish that by using rules?

This will happen if you are past your 35 yard line, but you won't from inside your 35 to prevent giving your opponent a short field. This might be logical to add to the game plan options.
