How long before a sim in progress is declared stuck?

How long before a sim in progress is considered stuck? The disclaimer says it may take up to 60 minutes and the league in question, NFL League has been in progress 72 minutes as I type this.

German Nfl is also running since 80 minutes. This League almost always takes more then 60min while others are done in 30 no idea why

No, just 1. Idk when it finally ran, went to bed, but it ran. It was Week 1, so maybe there were a lot of cuts to process.

The system alerts me if a sim takes more than an hour, sometimes it may take me a little bit to investigate and resolve the issue. Most of the time the engine crashed for some reason and just needs a manual restart, but every so often there is an extremely rare condition (usually roster-related) that requires a heavier fix.
