Too Many Checkdowns

Since I've come back to MFN I notice that my WRs are very rarely targeted by the QB.
I recall one game recently where my QB completed 34 passes, only 5 of which were to WRs.

Any idea what is causing this and what I can do to avoid it?

Is it related to my QB's FOV? If so, is a high FOV causing this, or a low FOV?

Any help will be appreciated.

Check the teams that are getting it to the WR and see what plays they call?

Are your WR's quick enough to get seperation and strong enough to win contested catches?

What plays do you run which are hitting the WR?
