I do weekly power rankings, annual 1st round draft reviews, deep stats thread with alltime game, season and career leaders for a multitude of stats. A comprehensive 1st round draft history for each team where you can see who each team drafted in the 1st round every season and what became of them including traded picks. I also have a Hall of Fame which is currently in its 5th season of inductees.

My second oldest league (15 seasons) is a lighter version of the XFL with fully customizable teams (you name it...I change it for free) and weekly Quick and the Dead rankings where the top 10 teams are "QUICK", the bottom 10 teams are "DEAD" and everybody in between are "AND".
