I'm looking to drop one of my leagues for an active league. By active I mean people are trading during the offseason, maybe a little of conversation outside of just GG. I don't want to join a league with a bunch of missing GM's so if there are any leagues likes this out there pls let me know.

Go to select league>help>league list and you will see a list of all active leagues with the number of openings. You can also tell from this list if they are a regular or Rosters Only league. You can read through their league forums to see how active they are.

The commissioner is the key to choosing a league. Look for a commissioner who is experienced and actively engaged with his league.
