I'm unsure if there is an actual way to look at what you're asking for, however if you filter your team's transactions for cuts/retired/trades I think that should show you who is contributing to it
I'm also not sure if trades put the bonus money on your dead cap or not
By my understanding, trades/cuts cause the current season's bonus to be applied to the current season's dead cap and any future season(s)'s bonus(es) to be applied to next season's dead cap.
So if you have someone signed through 3 seasons after this one and trade/cut him, 1 season of bonus will count toward this season's dead cap and 3 seasons of bonus will count toward next season's dead cap.
Hence, you may need to look as far back as the beginning of last season in order to understand the cap hit you took when cutting a player.

Dead cap comes from bonus money owed for players that retire, players that are cut or players traded.
The bonus money is what becomes dead cap (outlined). The current season is this years dead cap and future years is next seasons dead cap if the player retires, is cut or traded.

Not directly...the transaction tab under the team home page will tell you who retired recently and you should know who you cut. You can filter the transaction page for retired players so you don't have to scroll through pages of info.
But that only gives you the name of who retired. You have to click on retired players and view them and use that players transaction tab to see what contract he had signed last. Even then you just get years and total amount without a full breakdown of bonus and salary.

Whether you trade a guy or cut him, any and all bonus you still owe him gets lumped into Dead Cap Next Year. When the End of Season spins, Dead Cap Next Year becomes Dead Cap.
