Alright so right now I have over -9,000,000 cap and the preseason game is gonna start tomorrow so does anyone know if there is a quick way to get under the cap in like a day that won't get my team screwed

Release players immediately, or if you can trade with someone for picks before that preseason game. Old players with high cap, players likely that won't make the roster with high cap casualty. Try to cut players that will be gone this season and don't leave dead money for next year.

Contract renegotiation. Some players will save you money when you extend a contract.


Most likely you'll need to do the above post and cut or trade for picks. May be worth clearing an extra couple of mill and dredge the free agent pool for cheap talent on one year deals, minimum salary and zero bonus
