It’s not that simple. Y’all gonna fire Admiral up again if you keep saying that. I’ve been on this site less than a year total, only played 2 franchises, a 4.5 team that won a championship in the 3rd season, and Legends Beta team that is undefeated 5 games into year 2 after division championship first year. The broken plays in 4.5 have been nerfed, so if that is only way you can play, then sure beta sucks for you. The running game is better, the pash rush is better, if you are an old enough gamer, it’s more like playing nfl in the 80’s or 90’s than the madden video game that happens on sundays nowadays.
You make some good points. I don't know anybody who is satisfied with 4.5. I appreciate the advances in the running game, even though I suspect they could be exploited to some comical extremes. The 4.6 code absolutely allows for many more sacks — but in 1980s terms, it's like going up against Reggie White and Lawrence Taylor on every down.
But at the core, the worst problems about 4.5 revolve around the broken passing game and irrational distribution of speed. Those problems are made worse in 4.6, and I don't understand why some people want to pretend like that isn't true.

I understand your point of view: The only difference between the two versions is you don't need rules anymore (except the ones you still have in your beta leagues), and 4.6 rewards sophisticated game planners who put effort into managing their roster (except those owners apparently don't exist, according to actual performances in beta leagues), and everybody knows how to shut down the high octane running game (they just decline to do so, out of kindness I suppose).

I run two leagues one has roster requirements which I introduced when the League ran 0.4.5, the other has none. The limits are not overly restrictive IE no weight rules and players can line up wherever you want barring Offense on Defense and vice versa.
You can use WR at TE, FB and RB if you wish and CB at LB and DL if you want to. The restrictions are likely to be removed after this season.
BETA rewards people who manage rosters and gameplanning. Yes, it does. But so does 4.5. The difference is their is more than one strategy that works in BETA.
There are and always will be, teams that struggle. If you start a season 0-5 it can be difficult to find the motivation to improve, so unlike NFL you can focus on another team/league. That is the same in both formats. It's not a profession, to be an MFN owner/coach. Sometimes real life gets in the way.
Like you said 'no-one is happy with 4.5'
BETA is (my opinion) closer to where the game should be. With the caveat that the deep pass is improved - completing two or three long passes (20+ yards) in a game would put the passing game statistically where it should be. It would also reduce the rushing yards as people would be more inclined to pass.

You should really apologize for this. Essentially calling anyone who disagrees with you a dummy does not advance the discussion. If you don't like 4.5 don't play it. You want to force 4.6 on everyone? All of these points are exaggerated and definitely don't apply to everyone who wins games in standard leagues. I would advocate allowing leagues to choose version and if we could get the tools to alter talent distribution I would wager that I (and/or others) could come up with something that would be pretty darn realistic and interesting. Till then bashing 4.5 doesn't really accomplish anything...

Talent distribution? Like what exactly and what kind of wager are we talking here cause I am in. And I will judge the whole game not just man zero, 1, and 2.

Spacing has always been key but definitely don’t follow any of those other things. And I still win. So that would make it more than one way to win on 4.6 yeah? The only commonality to winning both is little to no outside zone defense
