A tremendous league! One of the oldest Private league in MFN, unless I'm mistaken.

I think it's the oldest. It's older than USFL, and we're the oldest non # league. I used to own South Park Cows and I'll soon own Lockport Lions.

There are several rebuilding projects in this league, including some former great teams like Arcata Tigers. Some of them have some pretty good 4th year players that will hit the free agent market due to cap issues. I looked over quite a few teams before I chose Lockport, and the common theme was having less than $500,000 in cap room but having some players worth extending.

A lot of those same teams will have a lot more cap next season once contracts expire and will be able to spend some money. When this league was always full, free agency was mostly old vets, but now with so many AI teams, there should be some good talent available.

We have moved to 17 owners, and the next sim will roll tonight (end of the season sim). Get your team before the rollover to the new season!
