How about if we are able to communicate with the people that we are working with such as the GMs and the coaches as owners of these franchises? Like if GMs want to hire someone, they talk to us owners first and we either say yes or no to have the final say. We could also do simulations of interview requests when we do look for new coaches like we do for when contracts are pending and either the players accepts it or rejects it.
