Could be a glitch, in USFL we recently had an owner "lose his team". It happened overnight and by the time I woke up, the owner had reapplied for his team and I let him back in.
We never did figure out why the system booted him though.

To anyone reading this, he was booted for tanking. His team is 0-8 and has been outscored 398-3. They do have 42 picks in next year's draft unless I counted wrong, my eyes have trouble with small print.
The commish made his decision, he does not allow tanking and having a team this bad is a tank job for sure.
