Suggestion:
Coaching Staff tab. Right hand side, next to each coach put a check mark box. ($1 raise, 6 year contract) 12 check mark boxes and a submit button in the white space below.
12, 1 page clicks and a submit. 1 page and done. Keep traditional way to but this would be an E-Z Pass way of getting in and out and not having to go into 12 freaking coaches while giving up 8-10 minutes of your life to boring monotony.
