It's a NFL pickem league in our 2nd season. We had a lot of fun last year and decided to make this a yearly tradition with all 9 players returning from last season.
It's a money league where you pick who you think will win each game (no points spread) with the Monday nights points total being the weekly tie breaker.
Each player pays $18.00 before the season starts equaling $1.00 per week. $0.50 of that dollar goes towards the weekly payout and the other $0.50 goes towards the season end payout.
Example: With 10 players the weekly winners share would be $5.00 and $5.00 each week goes into the season end pot. The NPL Champion takes home 50% of the year end purse with the example of 10 player he/she would collect (18 weeks x 10 players x $0.50 = $90.00 purse) $45.00 on top of their weekly wins throughout the year. 2nd place gets 25%, 3rd place gets 15% and 4th place gets 10% of the season end purse.
