Did they do away with the one free renewal or join per day? I'm trying to renew a couple of leagues and it's telling me that I have to use credits.

You can only renew once per day. Then your 5 credits come back the next day.

I know, but it used to say that you got one free per day on the message when you renewed asking if you're sure you want to renew or wait.

No, it used to remind you that you can wait until the next day to avoid using credits.
