I think most people are aware of it happening, but currently when a non-blitzing defensive play is called a large amount of times in a game your offensive players will get a negative play knowledge of the play. One of my teams just played a game where my opponent called the 4-3 Normal Man OLB Flat Zone 38 times but my offensive familiarity with the play is at -46%.

Not sure why it's happening but I would like to see this changed to see if that would help against the oppressiveness of defenses.

I've got a team with -87% familiarity against flat zone - thanks to your tip in the other thread I've stopped scouting it.

I would scout it in the playoffs for the slight boost

does not matter if one scouts a zone def play or not, the offense will be penalized on a compounding basis every time the defense uses ANY zone play.

JUST HOLY F. Every single zone based defensive play creates negative offensive familiarity, Every. Single. One. that about takes me from please fix 4.6 to I thinking of quitting because even those dedicated to fair play can't help but cheat.
Either use zone and gain an unfair advantage, or not play zone at all to avoid the unfair advantage created by negative offensive familiarity bug.

Over half defensive plays give an unfair advantage to the defense.
This game is now pointless. 75% of the plays available to choose from either do not work or now create a an unforgivable bias against the offense.

Absolutely Unplayable because it is now too **** BROKEN.

I am no longer making any gameplanning efforts until this game is FIXED.
I got a league I'm responsible for and I'll continue to honor that.
...But do not expect any effort on the feild until we can actually use plays and actually freaking gameplan again.

I've gotten to -100% familiarity zapped upon me a few times with the Flat Zone; -128% has been the record.

Ai is aligned with cheese ball defense. For a very long time in v4.6 it'd give elite and other high end GMs L's due to it. You have to be crafty to get around it otherwise Ai will hand you a loss.

(i.e. if you throw wildly @ an Ai team you will lose and get nerfed right at the start; especially if you're flinging FL Hitch at it.....since that was JDB's main v4.6 objective - TO END THE HITCH)

This has been happening for years and is said to be a rendering error. Perhaps not . Where’s Seth to back these claims up with some stats

Is this bug still occurring? I'd like to resolve it if it is. I could use a screenshot from someone who is currently experiencing it as I have not been able to reproduce it.
