Background: player names have the ability to use UTF-8 encoding (the most hilarious and annoying use: https://pfl.myfootballnow.com/player/1783 aka Lenny Face).

Bug: The "Text" field of the game log downloads are apparently stored as ASCII, not UTF-8, so regional non-ASCII characters (such as ?) are rendered in the text file as a question mark instead of the letter.
