Only one rule at the moment:
Please use a balanced roster, i.e. positioning true to position. Avoid known glitches like only 1-play-defense.
Try to keep the game as realistic as possible.

In the meantime, league was almost full at some point, but now we have a lot of openings again. And lots of interesting FAs, so if you grab a team with a lot of cap space.. :)
