I've got enough credits to edit players, but when I click on their name, nothing pops up.

If you are on mobile, there will be a little file icon in the bottom left that appears when you click on a player. Click that file and the player card appears.

It was letting me do that up until this morning when I purchased more credits. Since then it has not.

You can only edit rookies up until their first TC.
