Is there a way to make it where one of your DEs to always play on the weak side and the other to stay on the strong side instead of just left and right?

And in the game is the TE always lined up in the right? Meaning the LDE would always be string side and the RDE would always be weak?

Right now all formations are strong right - so your LDE will always be on the strong side.
