Approving New Owners Doesn't Work

I had a new owner try to take a team and I hit the approve button, yet the system did not let him join and his "application" went away. Please help.

JDB fixed it and the owner is now in the league. If this happens to anyone else (Gustoon) contact JDB for a fix. Idk if he just fixed USFL or all leagues.
