Afterthought: Perhaps full forum access (as in an improved forum verses the current one) should be a caveat to the no ads subs. Then again, that would take adapting a new forum platform - or worse - doing a new forums from scratch (no one has to do this anymore). ...As in it's ok to co-opt free stuff in a game like MFN when it comes to upgrades. Paid subs get emojis, a forum avatar, all that other stuff that's 100% normal on any other forum post 2000.
Frankly, I'd settle for an update to the forum search engine, the current search results are freaking trash can city tire fire.
The forums really need a major and serious update, 100% agree there. The ability to add colour, images, etc.... would be great especially for those leagues and owners that actually use and create a whole backstory for their team like I have. Would be great to upload images or have a way to do so (without hogging all the server space) to be able to make press releases and team news stories pop out when being read.
Pressing Escape or the X on the popup window where you write forum posts cancels the post entirely with no way of getting your content back. Particularly aggravating if you've spent half an hour writing a post and close it accidentally. Can we get a confirmation box, please? Or a way of retrieving unpublished posts?
How about seeing edits, says the guy who constantly edits for an hour post editing a post for the final time the 10th time before posting the "final" post and then editing again because I type thee instead of the and flabberfloppityflippity flops!
Also, posting a new thread to community forums while any league of participation is simming results in the "forum post bug" (double posts/there was a problem forum message). EG "Ask the AI" thread which was fun while it lasted which was until the bug totalled the fun (also sticky notes exists and I'll probably try again).
