Hi all - another coach and I are discussing a trade and each have made proposals. When I submit my trade meter indicates a fair trade and he comes back and says that it is ridiculously one sided in my favor. When he submits, the same thing happens in his favor when I look at the trade and he says the trade is fair.

does each coach see the trades in a different manner?

We cant see other teams trade proposals

Yes each coach can have entirely different values because each coach could have different player weights on how each position is rated.

Just had the same issue.

Without knowing any players age it does look like a lopsided trade to me
