edit: if I'm paying to play, then I am playing to win. A bye week helps both injuries and additional game planning if one is playing to win, and willing to pay for that privilege.
I re-write my overs, play selection, depth etc every 4 weeks until week 12 ;).
Personally, I would like a bye week, but your point is absolutely valid. I do see where you are coming from. A bye week might be something worth letting the community decide.
I'd even accept a paid players only vote system ;)

its a level playing field. no one has a bye. no one has an advantage. all teams have injuries. the players arent real they dont need a break

Yeah I definitely don't want a bye week. I get annoyed enough with the midweek sim.
