1st round 1st pick is hard coded into MFN at 4:22 am pacific time (daylight savings). 3rd round first pick is 4:23 am pacific daylight time. Fix that feces, please-es.

yes. draft could start later if the time between picks in first round is reduced. i think its at thirty or twenty minutes. i think ten minutes should be enough. but maybe people would like more time to orchestrate trades
