The XFL experienced an issue that, unfortunately, caused the playback data to be lost. The games were simmed correctly and the play-by-play is correct, but the actual keyframe data for the games was lost. I apologize for the inconvenience as I know that you are in the playoffs and it's a real bummer not to get to actually watch the games... the issue has been identified, though, and should be resolved.
