Check your PMs but I suggest also taking screenshots of your contract offers because nobody else has said anything about their contract offers disappearing. If a glitch is happening, the screenshots will help JDB figure out the bug.

I'd "devil's advocate" that perhaps no one has noticed offers "disappearing" because it hasn't been brought up until the OG post.
Not to disagree, but I will be watching my contract offers more closely moving forward for any similar situation anomalies this season.
Bugs are not always Global.
