Strange thing. But it's only happening in one of my leagues -> German NFL
Add: Second team detected -> USFL/WFL
Edit: This feature is completely broken. More and more teams with unwanted changes in Miscellaneous Game Plan Settings. In each setting there might occur alterings.
This feature is working fine for me. I wonder if it's related to your method of playing mobile/PC or something like that.

Whatever it is it should be addressed because it’s happening to several owners. I only play on mobile.

I only play on PC and it just happened. Not every time but I have to check the settings all the time to make sure they are correct and occasionally reset them.
