I messed up and didnt hire a Quarterback coach and the next sim is the training camp. If I create a pending contract for a quarterback coach right before the training camp sim, will he be hired and help improve quarterbacks for the training camp sim, or is it too late? I have 2 rookie QBs and this will hurt if they get no training during training camp.

I don't know for sure but I would imagine you can get a contract signed during the TC spin. As far as the new coach helping, idk but I don't think it's that big of a deal. Undrafted free agent rookies still boom or bust and you have a head coach. The head coach has more impact than position coaches so don't sweat this too much.
