Netflix is an entirely different company. Unrelated and direct competitors. Disney would have to BUY netflix - and netflix is the second largest provider. Netflix is a separate entity. You're asking Skydance to buy Warner Bros...

The hard truth is there's 4 media providers in the US: Netflix, Disney, HBO-Warner and paramount/skydance. (HBO/WB) is about to be bought out by either Netflix or Paramount/skydance.
That leaves 3 companies providing everything on TV in the US.
If the GOP actually gave a pooh about the traditional party platform, the DOJ would be perusing anti-trust cases against conglomerates instead of medal of honor awarded astronauts appearing in a youtube video.
