Back in the day the NFL used to call these penalties, most of the time it was a head bob that would trigger it. That being said, back then OL couldn't even flinch, let alone point out defenders like they do now.
It's like the center is having a seizure. Even in the heavy oline switches of RL NFL DAL circa 1990's, every line person needed to be set AND still at the snap. QBs can still get the head bob call, only if the rest of their body is motionless. Refs are real deal lazy about having the lines set prior to the snap. There's a reason only the QB and MLB had headsets and were allowed to gesture prior to the snap. It's time the NFL got back to such defined privilege of pre-snap movement.
