I'm a noob Administrator and would like to move teams from one division to another (ie: set up like the divisions were set in the NFL in 1972). I understand that there will be 4 new teams in each conference. These teams will have their own division.

So, how do I move team A in West division to East division?

I don't think you can rearrange teams but you can rename them.
