XFL Back Open For Business

Recently, the XFL https://xfl.myfootballnow.com/has not been able to accept new owners but that has changed now. The founder of the XFL hasn't logged in for 30 days for reasons unknown, most likely health related. We were down to just 20 teams, a historical low for this awesome league but couldn't add more until our founder returned or we found a new commish.

I was just made the new commish, which means we can now add team owners again. We had some pending owner requests and we now have 22 owners, but still need 10. We are in the middle of the draft currently, and if the AI screwed the salary cap, I can clear the dead cap.
