With the move to the new UI, I have a couple questions on how the new salary cap works.

First- when giving a contract there is a "Min for Remaining Players" number. What exactly is this? Is it equivalent to "Min required for draft picks" on the old UI? If so, it has changed on me when giving two different players contracts (one a new contract, one an extension).

Second- I'm confused on how this number plays into the salary cap. If I calculate Current Contracts + Bonuses + Dead Cap + Pending Contracts + Remaining Cap , that number is roughly equal to the total cap on my home page. Adding that Min number pushes it way over the max.

Any clarification on this, or guidance to a previous forum post explaining this would be a huge help.
